Flour Tortillas
Ingredients
- 85g of flour
- 44g of water
- 16g of vegtable oil
- flakey salt (to taste)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix till fully combined and dough has come together.
- Portion into 4-6 equal balls (depending on desired tortilla size) and roll into smooth ball.
- Rest balls for 20-30 min.
- Stretch each into tortilla shape (rotating and rolling) and cook on cast iron.
- Store cooked tortialls in enclosed vessel with towel.
